A Legal Disclaimer
At Ocean Peak Strategies Inc. ("OPS"), we provide customized consulting, analytics, and data services tailored to each client's unique business needs. Because these services involve significant planning, strategy development, and intellectual property, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Project Deposits and Setup Fees
For one-time projects or setup engagements, a deposit may be required to begin work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or access to OPS systems has been granted.
Monthly Retainers
Retainer fees are billed at the start of each month and are non-refundable. Clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Services will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Digital Products and OPS Cloud Access
Access fees for OPS Cloud or proprietary data tools are non-refundable once activated. If technical issues prevent access, OPS will make reasonable efforts to restore service or provide account credit at our discretion.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only if:

OPS has not begun work on a project and cancellation occurs within 2 business days of payment,
and
-
No proprietary materials, reports, or access credentials have been delivered.
